What We Do Every Project

Work closely with owners, architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve design issues early.
Manage permits and inspections with municipal authorities and utilities.
Ensure BC Building Code and consultant specifications are implemented by all subcontractors.
Interface with neighbors and tenants to minimize disruption and resolve concerns quickly.

Prepare RFPs and evaluate subcontractor bids for scope, qualifications, and price.
Issue and manage trade contracts, shop drawings, RFIs, and submittals.
Track materials and long-lead items; maintain site logs and progress documentation.
